At Plumb Rocky Farm, we raise heritage-breed pork, beef, chicken & lamb on pasture using regenerative, organic practices. A little about our farm and family.

From our family farm to your table — flavorful, nourishing food raised with care to make every meal special. The farm has been in the family for over 50 years. It was originally an American Tree Farm, for conservation restoration and a family get away. Following in the mindset of caring for the land and animals that lived here we now raise our family and animals in this healthy environment. We bre

ed our stock on the farm with regenerative farming practices that help to protect and restore the land. Plumb Rocky Farm is a small diversified family farm. We raise Icelandic sheep, several breeds of dairy goats, heritage breed pigs and Jersey calves. We use organic practices and rotational grazing to provide better forage and improve our soil naturally. This morning started before sunrise.

The pigs were impatient, the chickens were convinced they were starving (as usual), and now we're loading the truck with some of our favorite foods to bring to Cazenovia!
