Hi y’all.

First and foremost, we want to thank everyone who has supported us and The Dirty South. It has been so fun to bring an exciting and different take out food option to West Yellowstone and all the feedback we have gotten has been so great and really appreciated! With that being said, we have come to a crossroad that has led us to make the tough decision to close The Dirty South at this time. As much as we enjoy doing this, our lack of staffing has put us in a tough position and Madison Crossing Lounge must be our priority right now. **HOWEVER** this is not goodbye, just a see y’all later! We plan to do a pop-up weekend once a month for the rest of the season and everyone should look out for us at a more permanent location next year😉 Thank you again for all of your support and we really cannot wait to really bring The Dirty South to you again!

***UPDATED HOURS***

Hey y’all.

With Madison Crossing Lounge opening today and with the limited staff we have, we will be adjusting our hours of operations for The Dirty South until further notice to Thursday-Sunday 11:30am-3:30pm. Once we get our footing of running both The Lounge and The Dirty South we will extend back to normal hours. In the meantime, if there is anyone interested in working the take-out counter for The Dirty South, come stop into the building to chat! Thank you all for your consideration while we adjust operations during this time!

The water issue in town has been rectified, so that meeeeans....The Dirty South will resume normal hours tomorrow of 11:30am-8:00pm. See y’all there!!

We’re sorry everyone.

Due to the water contamination in West Yellowstone and per the Gallatin County City Health Department, we must shut down all operations. At this time we don’t know how long the closure will be, but we hope see you all soon and will update you once we know more. Stay safe and don’t drink the water!!

Hey y’all!

We wanted to take a moment to say thanks to everyone who came out and supported our first weekend of The Dirty South! Thank you so so so much! We loved seeing so many familiar faces and really appreciate all the great feedback! For those of you that don’t know us, we’re Grant Evje and Melissa Mincheff and we can’t wait to do this all again on Thursday!
