Burgundy Truffles with Sea Scallops, as seen in the "Best Ever Food Review Show". That's the beauty of truffles! The best ingredients to go with it, are always the easiest to prepare. Did you know that you can cook this dish in just under 5 minutes? Just make sure to pat your fresh scallops dry with some paper towel and your truffles have been left at room temperature for about 2 hours - while still inside a sealed container. After you heat up your skillet for 2 minutes, drizzle some avocado oil and add a tablespoon of butter. Season your scallops with salt and pepper as desired and gently sear them for about 60 to 80 seconds on each side, adding two truffle shavings over each scallop after turning them over. Upon serving and plating your scallops, generously shave the remaining truffles over top and enjoy!
