We have 1/2 of a Wagyu/Angus calf available. It is going to the processor in the morning. It is all natural (no antibiotics, growth hormones, etc.) raised on grass then fed a corn mix ration for about 12 months.
Our current pricing based on hanging weight for Wagyu/Angus is $4.50/lb. Plus processing, which is approximately $1.25/lb
Our hanging weights are generally around 900 lbs for a whole beef.
