Afternoon folks. Just a few pictures of how the Farm is looking around Mid October. Lot’s of lush veggies going strong and ready to take on the frosty night they say is coming for us Saturday! Most summer crops will get harvested as much as possible before the cold and then we will see what happens. Most of the crops we have now are cold hardy (to a point) so will only get sweeter with the cooler temps. Other than that, life on the farm is nice and steady this time of year with crops coming out and where we can some winter cover crop going in. The clean up is never ending as we wind down the season. You might see in a couple of the pictures I under sowed some of our brassicas with a clover mix, so when the cash crop is out the clover will keep the soil covered whilst fixing some nitrogen and all that good stuff. Win win! Have a great remainder of the week and we hope to see ya at the stand this week. Cheers Dan

Onion harvest begins! All of our Red Onions and Shallots are out before the rain. Yellow Onions need more time, so they will be last but not least 😜 Also, a HUGE thank you to everyone’s support! Boy has it been busy at the Stand. Have a great start to the week ahead folks! Cheers D&K

Hey Folks. Been a busy past few days! We were able to get all of our Garlic in before the big rain today and it’s looking like some of our best. Thank you to my lovely wife for taking on the bulk of the harvest by herself while I worked on other Farm stuff 😜 Today is very wet, but how good eh?! This is how we want the rain to fall. Slow and steady. Managed some weeding and stripped the plastic of this Caterpillar that will be moved over to our final Tomato bed, so come rain or shine always plenty to keep working on. Hope everyone has a great start to the work week. Catch ya soon. Cheers Dan
