Scenes from the growing space this year: the plot that I cover cropped last year has peppers, winter squash, lettuce, onions, herbs, and flowers; and I’m happy to report that I’ve got potatoes, more flowers, cucumbers, squash, zucchini, tomatoes, husk cherries, tomatillo, shallots, herbs, cabbage, and all the greens on the back plot! Row cover around a couple of the blueberry bushes so that I can actually have some blueberries this year. I left the other two uncovered to make sure the birds get them too! Still working to recover from the storm last weekend and by that I meandeal with weeds from all the rain🤣 and hope to finish getting everything mulched and seeded this week!
