My name is Christina and I'm a lifelong Long Islander with over 25 years of professional cooking & baking experience. The idea to start my own company spawned from the endless comments I received when friends and family would try my something I made. They would literally yell at me to start sharing my creations because "the world shouldn't be missing out on such deliciousness," (as my son would sa
