We have a two pasture raised, non-GMO hogs that are heading to the butcher August 24th and October 12th. Halves or whole available. $3/lb hanging weight (+ processing additional.)
We also have one grass-fed/grass finished steer available - quarter/half/whole. $2.85/lb hanging weight. Will be processed at VonRuden Meat Processing in Cashton, WI.
