Now that was a delicious dinner! I “shopped” my own farm stand this evening and enjoyed the new potatoes, green beans, basil, & cherry tomatoes! Sweet corn from Elysian View Farm (my Uncle Dave & Aunt Christine- rural La Farge farm stand of organic goodies), and pork chops from FarmerSown Farm (rural Viola, wonderful organic farmers-check out their on - farm store) Local, organic, in-season, know-where-your-food-comes-from… all my favorites! 🥰
