molten lava brownies, anyone?

hello foodies!! i have missed this world of recipes, foodtography and amazing people. i have been a bit MIA as I’ve been focusing on work and was finishing up my bachelors degree! for my first post back i am bringing you these INSANELY GOOD brownies- literally the fudgiest brownies you could imagine.

it has been insanely rainy and just gross out in NY for the past week, so I’m taking this as an opportunity to turn on my oven before another heat wave returns. this baked ziti is the perfect thing to make, especially when you’re feeding your family. its extra cheesy, super saucy and a definite group-favorite!

some of you may have noticed I slowed down with how active I am on here. the main reason behind this is that I have found that while I absolutely love sharing everything I make with all of you, I have lost touch with why I started this account in the first place- my love and passion for baking/cooking and developing recipes. I’m not going to stop this account but I will be posting less frequently as I just get back to cooking and baking for fun instead of doing it to photograph and write up. in the meantime while I’m gettin back to my roots a bit, make sure to go check out this recipe- you won’t regret it!

granola is so insanely versatile, easy to make, and much cheaper to make then to buy! cranberry almond is def a personal fave, but you can change it up to fit your preferences. click the link in my bio to make yours asap!
