🌸🍃 Late-Season Garden Update! 🌶️🌳

🦋 A monarch among the zinnias, taking a moment to enjoy the blooms before its big migration south! 🌼

Better late than never! My Cosmos are finally blooming after waiting all summer for them to sprout. And what a colorful payoff! 🌸

There’s a new tree on the parkway, and the poblanos are ready for harvesting. 🌶️ From vibrant blooms to fresh peppers, this garden is still showing off with plenty of color and abundance, even this late in the season!

A little patience, a lot of growing, and a beautiful reminder that everything blooms in its own time. 💚🍂

🍲 SOUP OF THE MONTH: Rustic Italian Vegetable
There’s nothing better on a chilly fall day than warming up with a hot bowl of soup filled with beans, veggies, herbs, and just a little spice. Pair it with a fresh KC&C baguette and you’ve got the perfect simple autumn meal!

🥪 ENTRÉE: Sloppy Lennie’s
A customer favorite is BACK! Busy watching football or raking leaves and don’t have time to cook? Simply reheat KC&C’s Sloppy Lennie’s in the microwave or on the stove, spoon it over the included hamburger bun, and dinner is served! Packed with lentils (hence the name), brown rice, and veggies in a savory tomato sauce. Hearty, delicious, and oh-so-easy!

🍝 ENTRÉE: Cauliflower Alfredo Pasta
Love Alfredo but not the heaviness of a traditional cream sauce? KC&C has the solution! And just like that, another garden season is coming to a close! 💚 My garden has done a wonderful job producing delicious, fresh, and KIND food this year, from juicy cantaloupes to tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and so much more. 🌱🥒🍅

There’s something extra special about growing your own food and bringing it straight from the garden to the table. Thank you, garden, for another delicious season! 🥰🌿
