I had this GREAT idea....lighten the load in the main barn and move these two girls to the other barn with the younger girls. They are about the same size so all should be well. Ha. Nope. They shoved the littles around all day Sunday and wouldn't let them in at bedtime. Came home today to another Mark save. Girls are separated with a door that can be opened. Hopefully one day soon after they make friends.

I have been very absent because summer has decided to kick my butt. Some health problems have left me unable to keep up with my business. I am on the mend and slowly getting back to normal. Farm stands are now stocked with soap, lotion and bug repellent. I hope to have granola and jams done in the next week or two. Backyard farmers and wannabe homesteaders! I have many pet grade goats looking for their families. I often have people tell me they want to have goats and milk for their family. This is the perfect opportunity to seriously consider getting some. Our goats are kid friendly and not afraid to sit in your lap. Perfect for 4-H kids. I have some does currently in milk with their kids available. Lots of wethers for pets to choose from also. Special consideration to youth fair participants and 4-Hers.
