Our sunflower season has ended. The flowers are turning their energy into making seeds and we are turning our attention to other farm chores.
Thank you to everyone who came to visit and who bought flowers.
We will post something when the birdseed is ready for sale, probably in late November or December.

The sunflower field will be open through the weekend. The sunflower heads are getting heavy and are starting to let go of their yellow petals as they begin the process of making seeds. We will continue to sell fresh cut sunflowers on Saturday but are uncertain if there will be any to sell on Sunday. On Sunday you are still welcome to visit the field for strolling and taking photos. We plan to close for the season on Monday.

The rain has stopped and the sunflower field will be open today from 10 am til sunset. Expect the ground to be wet with some muddy spots and puddles so wear the appropriate footwear if you plan to walk through the field.
We will be selling fresh cut flowers today and into the next few days for as long as we can. The flowers are a bit tired as they start to make seeds, but the field is still quite pretty. 🌻

Our sunflower field will open tomorrow, Monday, August 18 at 10 am. The flowers may not hold up well due to this summer’s heat and drought so we may only be open for a week. Come early in the week for the prettiest flowers!🌻
