What have the folks at Delta Glen Maple been up to this new year?

Ohhh we're glad you asked! Digging out sap lines that got burried under FEET of snow! We've been hard at work for the past 10+ days, shoveling snow off of miles and miles of sap lines.

The lines are generally waist-high, but when you get 5+ feet of snow, it burries everything. Then when that snow settles, it pulls the lines down and they all need to be uncovered before we can get started.

It's been no easy task, and we finally were able to take some photos. Hopefully in another 10 days we will be done.....and then we can tap!
