Classic!!

The smoky profile of Doc's Fusion Fuel is a taste bud pleaser on a corn dog!!

When you're a forager, chicken and waffles take on a new meaning! We recently found a beautiful flush of Chicken of the Woods mushrooms, so homemade pancakes were whipped up, and a chickpea batter was used for the mushrooms. 100% TASTY!!!

Today was a great harvest day! Lots of chiles and some biquinho peppers. The kitchen smells like heaven right now! Time to peel the chiles and get the biquinho on the dehydrator.

Make sure to set your time circuits to Oct 4th, 2026 and Oct 25th, 2026 to stop out and see the Back to the Future Delorean Time Machine! Get $10 off of the inside photo with the purchase of 2 bottles of either Doc's or Marty's Fusion Fuel Hot Sauce, available at the event on those days.

Photo ops of the car are included with the admission price, and inside photos will be available for an additional fee.

We've time traveled into the future, and because the DeLorean is such a special car, we're postponing the visit of Doc Brown's famous car to Sunday, October 4th from 11-5. We'll still be having fun at Maze Fest Friday and Saturday 10:00 to 10:00 and Sunday 11:00 to 7, weather permitting.
