There are 7 new vendors this year to try out and 43 of the 46 vendors for the market will be there, so it's a great time to see everyone at one time. Bring an umbrella, it's rain or shine! And just like that......our season is over! We put our first tap in on February 13th, ran our first load of sap over on February 17th and we turned off the vacuum for the final time yesterday. We were thankful for an amazing season- we harvested 33,000 gallons of sap which is a new record for us! It was actually a pretty smooth season- once we fixed all the initial issues, things went pretty well. Again, we wanted to give a shoutout to all of our friends and family who helped us tap, haul and fix things. A special thanks to Patterson Farms for boiling our sap for us and being an amazing resource in general. And thanks to John Truman for all of his work in keeping this business running- we all really appreciate it! Now on to the farmers markets! Be sure to check our schedule to see where we will be!

Hi everyone, wanted to give you all an update on our season. So far we have collected approximately 25,000 gallons of sap, which matches what we collected last year. We hopefully should surpass that number- we anticipate having at least another 2 weeks or so for the sap to run. We never know exactly how long the season will be- but once the leaves on the maple trees come out, we are done. I wanted to give a special shout-out to our second-generation owner- truman. John retired from his full-time job last year and is now managing our collection operations full-time. There is a lot of maintenance to be done on the lines- trees are constantly falling, critters chew holes in them and he is the boots on the ground managing all the issues and fixing them. We also want to thank our partner in the industry- Patterson Farms for boiling our sap for us and their knowledge in general- every season we try to improve our operations. Enjoy the pictures!

Hello, this post is about 3 weeks late, but better late than never. The 2026 maple season has started! We tapped all of our trees during the period of February 13, 14 and 15. A special shout-out to all of our friends and family who helped us! Last week the sap ran like crazy- we are already up to over 10,000 gallons of sap collected- with a lot more to go!
