Peanut Butter and Jamberry Layer Cake. Happy New Year everyone! Based this cake off of recipe for Peanut Butter Sheet Cake with Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting.
These flavors....😍 I added a mixed berry filling in between the layers of this 6 inch cake.

Christmas fun with the Klop girls. Toured over Christmas and picked out a few to sample at home. They are very generous in their free samples on the tour! I'm anxious to try the Rhubarb Strawberry Carmel Chocolate 😍!

Breakfast Tostada. I spread refried black beans on top of crunchy corn tostada shells. The toppings are up to you...I put a few crumbles of sausage and a pile of leftover roasted veggies (brussel sprouts, I see you) and a bit of smoked cheddar. Heat in a 350 oven while you poach your eggs. I topped mine with chopped fresh spinach, avocado, some leftover chimichuri and Trader Joe's Jalapeno Pepper Hot Sauce (great flavor and not super spicy).

Time to get my eating back on track. I've indulged way to much this holiday 😬! I think that's what happens when you are around too many good cooks all week/month! Dave's Killer Bread smeared with avocado topped with sauteed (leftover roasted) brussel sprouts, onions, and squash and topped with a gooey egg and of course a sprinkling of Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Seasoning! I found the roasted veggie mixture at my local in the freezer section.
