Sage and Vine Events, in collaboration with FA DeRosa — a local family-owned butcher shop specializing in USDA Prime dry-aged steaks — is creating an unforgettable experience centered around great bourbon, incredible food, and good company.

Guests will enjoy curated Bourbon and Whiskey tastings alongside expertly grilled Tomahawk, NY Strip, Sirloin, Porterhouse, or petite Filet steaks, all served with delicious sides. Optional additions such as wine pairings and hand-rolled ci**rs can also be included to customize the experience.
