Today’s expectations are high! Our new beer Rice Expectations is here to deliver!

Crisp, clean, and refreshingly smooth, this light-bodied Rice Ale is cold fermented for a remarkably clean finish. Brewed with rice and delicately hopped with Hallertau, it delivers subtle floral and herbal hop notes balanced by a gentle malt sweetness. Highly drinkable and exceptionally refreshing, this is a bright, easygoing ale made for those who appreciate a clean, crisp beer.
5% ABV | 19 IBU

These are the moments and the days that make all of this worth it. We celebrated Baby (Lincoln aka Linkin aka IYKYK) Park and showered the mommy and daddy to be today and we could not be more excited! Watching staff who have become friends and extended family start families of their own is one of the greatest gifts we could ask for.

We are open and back to business per usual tonight. Congrats to Chris Park and Katelyn on their baby boy arriving this fall! We absolutely cannot wait to meet you!

Last night was an intensely fun time at our 1st Annual Pine Society Fantasy Football Draft night!!!

We learned that auto-draft is a scam. The brewery can hit a level of quiet that you could actually hear a pin drop. And that Brittany Brouhard and kianagoss have very competitive hidden personality’s.

Our commissioner Liam kept everyone on their best behavior and helped those of us who’ve never played in a draft before.

We can’t wait to see who takes home the winners trophy this season and gains a full year of bragging rights!
