It's been awhile but after some necessary home repairs and new fencing- WE are back!

First order of business- We have a dark moscovy drake and a super blue rooster that need new homes. I don't want to butcher them because we have grown a bit attached. The moscovy boy (Sonic) is super sweet and a good boy. He is just fighting with our other drake due to it being Spring and all that jazz. Shadow(the other drake) doesnt let Sonic off of their houses roof and I worry he isnt going to let him eat. They fight over our girls and we just dont have enough of them or want anymore girls right now. Sonic just wants some ladies of his own and someone to love him with treats. Unfortunately, they fight even free ranging and it wouldn't be fair to leave one of them locked up all the time.

The super blue rooster(Foghorn) is a good boy to but we only want/need one rooster for our flock. He has some cool genetics that could add some fun egg color to your flock if you are like me and want a colorful egg basket. He takes good care of the girls and babies. (He brings his chicks little snacks and broody mamas food 😍). He does have spurs coming on and will absolutely be a great protector of whatever flock he joins.

I've been forgetting to update the page with our harvest. This is what I grabbed this morning. One of my last cabbages, a lone round carrot, my favorite squash, a couple cucumbers, and of course a dozen eggs! I have to go back out later to collect the rest of our eggs and herbs that I wanted to dry.

Tomatoes are setting on fruit now, potatoes are growing beautifully, and the squash and cucumbers has been producing like crazy. We just harvest a bunch of both so thats why today I only had a few things. I've been having trouble with my pole beans after the days of rain we had. Might yank em', plant okra, and put more bush beans out.

I know there is a lot of information coming down the pipe all at once but that's just the nature of this fight. We had a little victory yesterday but now we are being asked to start immediately reaching out to our Senators, especially those who sit on the Senate Ag Committee and the Senate Health and Welfare Committee I will list those in the comments. Please at the very least contact yours but certainly feel free to contact all of them.

We are looking pretty good to have enough House votes, but many members of the Senate are on the fence or completely opposed. Be polite and state only facts.
