As summer winds down at Fox & Hound Farm, but still with a season left caring for our farm and animals and of course doing agricultural tours and activities is none stop, my heart is full of gratitude for the spectacular life we share in our small farming village. So blessed and fortunate and it is a must to thank firstly everyone that has visited us here at our farm it has been an honor.
And to acknowledge

thank you all for being the most amazing people in my life. Your kindness and support are true blessings. Living here has shown me the real meaning of Vermont. I see it every time we gather at our village tables, sharing food and laughter with family, neighbors, and strangers who leave as friends. This community cares so deeply for one another, and that love makes this a truly beautiful place to live.Thank you to everyone who attended our sheep shearing workshop and supported us through this busy season. As we make this transition, bear with us. We can't wait to gather around the table with you all again soon. You all have my love and appreciation.

Here on the farm. Stop in to sit with us and enjoy the fire places in autumn on the farm. Come tour the farm, sheep & goats love the company, and the humans do as well. We will still be hosting agricultural activities, shops, and October festivities!
Thank you all for supporting our Vermont agriculture, our farm, and our neighboring farms.
See you all again soon.

Skillet cooked Purple long beans till tender, Old Athens Tomato salad, drizzled olive oil, seasoned with truffle rosemary sea salt, served with a side of parsley, burnt butter risotto
