📣 FIELD AND SCHEDULE UPDATE 📣

Due to unseasonably cold temperatures, heavy rain, a frost which delayed bloom rate and rain expected for the next three days straight, we have made the decision to push back opening day! Our most important goal is to give you a fantastic experience and field conditions this weekend would not meet those expectations! We are just as sad as you, however we look forward to seeing you on opening day, April 17, 2025. Any tickets purchased for this weekend (April 12-13th) will be honored at any date of your choice during the festival- April 17-22, 25-27 (with the possibility of the following weekend as well, but TBD). No need to update your tickets- we will happily welcome you at your convenience and have updated your tickets to be valid on any of our other dates! A follow up email will be sent later today with options and to ensure everyone is notified!

Thank you so much for your understanding and support! 🤗 As much as we want to see you this weekend, Mother Nature had other plans! ☔️ 😩

🌷Want some good news? 🌷We are seeing some beautiful tulip varieties popping through and are so excited to share them with you! Each weekend will offer different varieties for you to enjoy! We listened intently to your feedback on varieties you enjoyed and that’s exactly what we filled our field with this year!

🎉 ITS THE MOMENT YOUVE BEEN WAITING FOR! 🎉

The Maryland Tulip Festival starts next weekend!! The fields are just starting to color up, so join us April 12-13th for Early Bloomers Weekend from 10AM- 5PM!!!

Need something to do with kids and visiting family during spring break?! We got ya! The festival continues April 17-22 and 25-27!!! Music and vendors will be with us on the 19th, 20th, 26th and 27th!

It’s been a season of waiting and watching. A season of no choice but a slow down. We chose to enjoy what was instead of wishing for what could have been. Well laid plans and good intentions, weren’t enough to battle the incessant heat and dry weather we have had since nearly April. And that’s ok. We are here, we are FINALLY blooming (we are also loosing wheels off tractors while mowing, but hey- no one is perfect! 🤫) and we are happy to be finally getting some flowers in your hands!

While the season hasn’t been what we intended, we have enjoyed a new flower this season that we plan to do some family photos in soon ( ) and it has been an immense source of joy for hide and seek and freeze tag for my kids, almost all summer long when nothing else was growing! Any guesses what this flower (shown in the picture) is?!

In the meantime, stay tuned for you-pick dates. Most likely mid September for dahlias! See ya soon, friends!

🎉 SURPRISE PEONY YOU PICK POP UP! 🎉 Join us tomorrow 5/26/24 from 9- 11 AM for our first ever open to the public you pick for peonies! Beautiful pinks, bright pink and whites! 6 stems included with each ticket! Additional stems available as well as snapdragons to pick and catmint to add to your bouquet if you choose! This event is ticketed to allow us to control the number of people in the field at a time so that it is a pleasant experience for all and to keep track of our blooms in the field! Additional persons may attend free with a ticketed customer.
