We’re open this morning! Garlic scapes are in!

This beautiful, hyper seasonal crop can be used like a cross between a green onion and chopped garlic. We add them to pesto, sauces, and stir fry anywhere garlic flavor is called for! 🧄

FRESH pasture-raised chickens are in stock in the farm store and online!

Our pastured chickens are raised outside where they eat grass, bugs, and non-GMO grain feed from a local regenerative farm. We raise them in small groups and move them rotationally to fresh grass!

We’ve reached the time of year where the germination and seedling tables are quite full and we are squeezing to make room for everything under the grow lights. In just a few weeks we’ll be transplanting out into the high tunnel and watching everything take off! It always blows our minds how fast everything grows once they are transplanted into their summer spots.
