the universe has always been blessing our family with just the most amazing people! thank you so much Dee for thinking of us and supporting us on and off the court! Dee's energy is infectious and the work she does to represent the AAPI community is so awesome! our first time meeting was on set ! but the inital phone call felt like we were long time friends! thank you dee for putting us on Good Day LA! what an experience to share our love of banh khots to the community ! .official Lace her up with gear please! thank you Dee ❤️🫂

the truth about entrepreneurship... its the most rewarding and draining adventure someone can embark on. many of you can probably relate our baby is currently sick and only way to knock him out is driving around in our van. both our kids happen to cry around the clock last night and we been taking shifts sleeping a couple hours here and there. the love we pour into Banhkhotlady and our kids is everything we have ...our soul. all the sleepless nights and tears shred is all worth it. As were creating something greater than ourselves. we have found the meaning of community and how the community also takes care of us, as we do our part to care for the community. entrepreneur life just like everything else looks cool through the screen and all the woop woop but its not all that glamorous as it seens. wanted to thank the banhkhotlady queen herself .corn__ for holding it down! were working 24/7 as a family entrepreneur team no vacation is truly a vacation, nothing is ever not business related . there is no balance as an entrepreneur .there are just fires to be put out every day, quick split decision and piles of bills that were fighting! the magic happens when everything fits perfectly at the end of the days and all the puzzle pieces are just perfect...all our kids are smiling, were enjoying good food and laughing at who farted...thats why were doing it for! a quick reflection on running banhkhotlady with 2 under 2...technically 3 under 3 (banhkhotlady first child lol)preparing for tonights taco pop up. the grind never ends ,but the family and friends is worth the grind ❤️ see you all tonight 7:30pm.

Have you ever had banh khot? These delicious coconut milk and mung bean pancakes are filled with ground pork and shrimp and are a favorite Vietnamese street food. These crispy treats were from Banhkhotlady in Westminster, CA. This came with fat pork and shrimp eggrolls, a ton of veggies for wrapping and an addictive nuoc mam dipping sauce
