We’ve been a little slower than usual with restocking, but our freezer now has:

• Maple sausage links
• Sage sausage links
• Kielbasa sausage links
• Uncured bacon
• Pork lard
• Pork liver
• Pork heart
• Pork kidney

Some of you have gotten curious about this wrinkly vegetable we are growing by the farmstore. Some have grabbed a few recently and I feel so proud I am introducing this specialty vegetable that is being studied to regulate blood sugar. Its my favorite vegetable and seeing our customers' willingness to try them out is so exciting! This is what we actually envision for Georgia Belle. To grow more specialty vegetables and introduce something new to the community.

I am putting them on display at the farmstore together with the other unique looking vegetables that we grow here like extra long beans and oriental eggplants!

A little photo of our farm store as it is today. Someday, this version will be part of our farm’s history as we continue dreaming, planning, and working toward what comes next. (Manifesting it!)

The road can be incredibly difficult, especially as first-generation farmers learning and building everything from the ground up. But somehow, we keep waking up to new blessings and little reminders to keep the faith.

There is something powerful about having the courage to build something that is truly your own, even when you cannot see the entire road ahead.

So, so thankful we took this journey. Thank you for being a part of it too!

Farm Store Stock Update — As of 2:00 PM Today

We love seeing more and more people visiting the farm! Here’s what we currently have available in the farm store. Quantities are limited, and some items may sell out quickly. (Oh and we have whole chickens in the freezer!)

We truly appreciate your patience if we’re a little slow to respond or restock at times. We’re a small family-run farm, and sometimes our little ones need us first. Thank you for understanding and for continuing to support our family and farm!

A truly special morning celebrating Georgia Belle's NourishMD Award.

As a small family farm, there are plenty of challenges along the way, but moments like these remind us why we keep going. It was an honor to stand alongside government leaders and so many organizations committed to strengthening our communities.

We're grateful for the partnership and support of NourishMD, whose mission to expand access to fresh, healthy food aligns closely with our own. This inspires us to continue serving more families and making fresh, locally grown food more accessible.

A very special thank you to Ron McGee who has become like family to us. Your willingness to lend a hand and help us keep the farm running has meant more than words can express.

Growing something a little different at Georgia Belle Farms this year—bittermelon (ampalaya)!

This specialty Asian vegetable is one of my favorites. It may be bitter, but it's a staple in many Asian kitchens and is incredibly versatile. It's also currently being studied for its potential role in supporting healthy blood sugar levels.
