Low carb beef lasagna
Make 4 servings
6 Egg Life Italian wraps (GAMECHANGERS)
1/2 pound ground beef
1 cup mozzarella
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp of garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
jar of your favorite no sugar added pasta sauce (i use Rao)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
cook ground beef until brown. drain
add seasoning and 1/3 of the jar sauce sauté for 5 more minutes
I mix the ricotta and meat together (but use the lasagna technique you choose)
ladle a little sauce in the bottom of the dish
put your first layer of wraps (I cut them in half to fit in the rectangle pan using 2 per layer). mine is a small pan. Do what works for you.
ladle 1/3 of the beef ricotta mix, a layer of cheese and a little sauce
2 more layers and then the final layer is wraps. Top it with the remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese.
bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes
