It’s time to share this with anyone that can’t benefit from this program! Mark June 3rd on you calendar for voucher/token dispersal for Oconee County.
The Oconee Senior Farmers Market Voucher Distribution is coming up in the next couple of weeks. Distribution will be at Shaver Rec, Seneca. We look forward to being able to serve at least 500 qualifying seniors at this event. $50 vouchers are given on a first-come, first serve basis and CANNOT be given early or held. This year, thanks to our partnership with Blue Ridge Electric, we will be able to offer each qualifying senior an additional $20 in coins to be used locally with farmers at Foothills Heritage Market…that’s $70 for fresh fruits and vegetables!
