Freshly screened farm loam. The loam is a mixture of topsoil, organic matter, and composted chicken manure. We ran it through a trommel screener with 1/2” screen. It is perfect for a garden, new yard, or just top dressing your existing yard. We are selling the loam for $22 per cubic yard. Delivery is free (5 yard minimum) within 10 miles of our farm in Westminster mass. Please feel free to call me or message me with your order.

We can custom cut any size not just 1”. We can mill 2x4’s all the way up to 8x8’s. These are rough cut at full size. Anything for your projects including sheds, barns, fences, run-ins.... whatever you need we can mill it. From 10 board feet to 10,000 board feet we can do it

We are getting $0.65 per board foot

Kiln drying, and planer services also available at additional cost

We have unseasoned red and black oak ready for delivery! Oak is one of the highest btu woods in our area that you can heat with. Order now and it will season in time for the 2020-2021 burn season! We also can do mixed loads of oak and maple, or just maple loads. There is no softwood ( pine, hemlock, poplar) in any of our loads. All of our wood is hauled out of the woods with a forwarder so there is little to no mud on the wood. Which means less mess
