Happy Father’s Day to all the dads behind our amazing PitCrew! Whether they’re tending the smoker before sunrise, serving guests with a smile, hauling equipment, or lending a hand wherever needed, we’re grateful for everything they do both on and off the job.

Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and the sacrifices you make for your families and our team. We hope you get a chance to relax, enjoy some great food, and spend time with the people who matter most today.

An extra special Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers who came before us and showed us the way. Their hard work, sacrifices, wisdom, and unwavering love helped shape the people we are today. Though some may no longer be with us, their lessons live on through the families they raised, the traditions they started, and the values they passed down.

Yesterday we had the honor of helping Fogle’s and Friends raise money for a local family and child durning a difficult time. Carrie, Dale, Dave and their entire team do an amazing job each year raising funds for children and families throughout our local community.

It is truly an honor to work alongside them and support their efforts in any way we can. Their dedication to helping others is inspiring, and the impact they make reaches far beyond a single event.

Featured here are some of the “best bites” from the day! We hope everyone had a great time while coming together to support James and his family. The generosity and compassion shown by this community never cease to amaze us.

We wish James all the very best as he continues his journey, and we thank everyone who came out to support such a wonderful cause. ❤️

It’s not always a big wedding, festival, or large corporate event! Sometimes it’s the smaller, more intimate gatherings that mean just as much.

This past Sunday, we were honored to be part of and baby shower as they celebrated the upcoming arrival of their little one. Two truly wonderful people, and we couldn’t be happier for them as they begin this exciting new chapter!

Then on Monday, we had the pleasure of helping show appreciation for their hardworking employees with our almost famous pulled pork sundaes. We always enjoy working with fellow family-owned businesses, and Shannon Baum Signs is one we’re proud to partner with time and time again.

Whether it’s a wedding for hundreds, a company appreciation lunch, a baby shower, or a backyard gathering with family and friends, we’re grateful for every opportunity to be part of your special moments.

This weekend was truly one for the books!

I can’t express how much I appreciate our team for stepping up once again and giving it their all. The dedication, hard work, and willingness to jump in wherever needed is what makes RK’s Catering what it is.

More importantly, thank you to every client we had the privilege of serving this weekend! From large organizations and businesses to weddings, celebrations, and small family gatherings, we are incredibly grateful for your continued support of our small local business.

In just 48 hours, our team of only 14 staff members served over 25 different menu items at 9 different locations, totaling more than 1,400 people. What means the most to us is the trust you place in us to be part of your special events and milestones!

This is why we love what we do. Being able to serve our community, create memories, and bring people together through great food is something we never take for granted.

Thank you all for making another long, busy, and incredibly rewarding weekend possible. We are beyond grateful for the support and look forward to doing it all again!
