Hope everyone is enjoying their Labor Day! 🇺🇸

Take a minute to see what a 16+ hour day at our local county fair really looks like behind the scenes!

It takes an army, a whole lot of moving parts, and even more hard work to put out a large, high-quality menu from start to finish. From the early-morning prep to serving the final customer of the night, our crew keeps things moving all day long!

We truly couldn’t do what we do without our incredible PitCrew. We can’t thank our entire staff enough for the long hours, hard work, and dedication they put in to make weeks like this possible! ❤️

Happy Heavenly 69th Birthday to the man who started it all!! ❤️

Maybe a little inadvertently, but there’s no doubt we wouldn’t be who—or where—we are today without you.

It’s hard not to wonder where we’d be today if you were still here with us. But we know you’re smiling down, watching over us, and probably shaking your head at some of the things we’ve gotten ourselves into along the way!

It’s hard to believe this marks 20 birthdays since you left us. Not a day—let alone a year—goes by that we don’t think about you, bring you up in conversation, tell a story about you, or remember something you taught us.

And as you welcomed Mr. Galen home this past week, I’m sure it was one heck of a reunion with all those who have gone before us. ❤️

We love you. We miss you. And we hope we’re making you proud.

Last night we had the pleasure of working with and supporting the Sykesville Raiders Football & Cheer at their annual Bull Roast! 🏈📣🔥

Supporting local organizations that raise money for youth sports and give back to our community is a huge part of what we are built on. We’re always grateful for the opportunity to serve great food while supporting a great cause!

Thank you to the Sykesville Raiders for having us—we were proud to be a part of it! And good luck on your upcoming season!
