I think I’ve been putting off making this post because I’ve been a little bit in denial… but here we are.

After many weeks of consideration, I’ve decided that this will be Bacon Street Farmstand’s final summer season. 🥲

Sometimes life nudges us toward a new chapter before we feel ready for it and as bittersweet as this decision is, I’m choosing to trust the process and look forward to what’s next.

This little farmstand has been such a special part of my life, and I’m so incredibly sad to leave it behind. Week after week you guys have kept me busy, and it still amazes how something like this could have turned into so much more than I could have ever imagined. It’s allowed me to not only do what I love and bake for my community, but also pursue my education while being a SAHM as well - and for that I will be forever grateful.

Thank you to every single person who has stopped by over the past few years, shared a post, recommended me to a friend, or supported this dream in any way. You helped turn a simple idea into something so much bigger than I ever imagined, and I’ll always be grateful for this community. 🫶🏻

For now, it’s business as usual! We’ll still be open every Saturday until the end of August with our typical selection of baked goods.

Our final bake day is planned for Saturday, August 22. Until then, I’m looking forward to soaking up these last few Saturdays and enjoying this final season with all of you. ❤️
