All the babies are getting worms today as I have them locked out of coops so I can clean them. Remember when I got that treat block with bugs they returned it and I got this big bag for free which was $59.99 ๐Ÿ˜‚ I love free!

When you see a good deal on a chicken coop on Marketplace ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ. Told my husband and son LETS GOOOO. These coops are 1300 at TSC before tax and I got it for $6OO with heat plate & extras. Itโ€™s just been sitting for months as they rehomed all their chickens and had no use for it and just wanted it gone.

Thanks to all that helped last night with advice regarding having no power. I ended up without power for 7 hours. I had 20 of the youngest chicks ranging from a couple days old - 2 weeks old in bed with me. They were in dedicated towels/blankets I use for chickens & dogs only. They got to the point of being hot and spreading out which made me happy because at least they werenโ€™t cold. They are all doing great this morning and being fat running around ๐Ÿคฃ ๏ฟผI will always do whatever I have to for these sweet innocent babies regardless of what anyone thinks.

Power is out and I have soooo many babies in brooders ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ looks like someone hit a pole and it and the wires are in the road. We had to call it in. Ugh ๐Ÿ˜ฉ I was getting to bed to read my book and go to sleep now I have to figure out how to keep like 50 chicks warm.
