Meet our Chamber Leadership. Today, we're giving the spotlight to Stephanie Westfall, CEO of Quality Water Services, who we're thrilled to welcome back to the Board.

Stephanie (Gissy) Westfall is a lifelong Lewis County resident who holds a BS in Aviation Administration, MBA from WV Wesleyan College, Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and is a WDS certified water operator.

In 2017, after a long career in defense aerospace, Stephanie alongside her husband and business partner, Alan, decided to start Quality Water Services, located on John Street in Weston. As the Company’s CEO, Stephanie’s drive comes from a commitment to public health through high integrity services for water and wastewater systems in West Virginia, but her true passion lies in the business side of utility services.

Stephanie is a proud mom to two children, Cameron Ross (junior at WVU) and Madalyn Ross (freshman at LCHS). She loves God, her family, and serving her community though active roles in her church, the Louis Bennett Public Library Board, Family Support Center Advisory Council, and the Region VI Workforce Development Board. Stephanie is always open to help other small business owners, and enjoys a good problem-solving session, preferably with a white board.
