Our mission is to use the best locally-produced products in the spirit of farm-to-table cuisine. The focus is on the ingredients, the space, and the event to create a memorable night for the participants. He worked in restaurants in and around Lake Placid for 15 years. In 2014 he moved to the c

ity to pursue his career as an artist and educator. In late 2022, he relocated back to Westport to change career paths.
