the crunch on this is ridiculous🤍 healthy chocolate cereal recipe: 1/4 cup cocoa powder 5 rice cakes 2 tbsp maple syrup sweetener to taste Break up the rice cakes into chunky pieces and add to a bowl. Add the cocoa powder, sweetener and maple syrup, then mix until everything is evenly coated. Spread onto a baking paper-lined tray and bake at 190°C for 18–20 minutes until crispy and crunchy. Add to a bowl and top however you like. I used blueberries and milk, but any milk and toppings work. Enjoy the crunch 🤍

never buying store bought again🥹 300g sweet potato 1 cup plain flour butter + a little oil for the pan cook the sweet potato until soft, then mash and mix with the flour until combined. knead with your hands until it forms a dough, then divide into 2–4 pieces depending on how big you want your wraps. roll each piece out with a rolling pin, then cook in a hot pan with a little butter and oil until golden on both sides. fill with whatever you like — i went for avocado, egg + salt 🤍

my new breakfast / dessert fixation 🤤 healthy apple crumble ingredients: 2 apples, chopped cinnamon, to taste 1–1½ tbsp honey 60g oats 50g light butter 1 tbsp brown sugar to serve yogurt, ice cream or custard I used 2% FAGE yogurt method add the chopped apples to a baking dish with cinnamon and honey, then mix until coated. bake for around 10 minutes to let the apples start to soften. meanwhile, add the oats, light butter and brown sugar to a separate bowl and mix until crumbly and clumpy. remove the apples from the oven and scatter the crumble mixture evenly over the top. gently press it down so the apples are covered. bake for another 20 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown. serve warm with yogurt, ice cream or custard.
