As always, we release fresh harvests from our VERTIGREENS hydroponic farm every weekend. When we say fresh, we mean it! Unlike typical packaged salads that are often packed long ago and shipped far, these go right from our farm in Westport to our shelf in under 24 hours! That means the crispest, most delicious lettuce (and more) possible.
