Rates include electric (30 and 50 amp), sewer, w

ater, WiFi, trash, plus free use of laundry room. We also have an on-site storm shelter. Our farm fresh muscadines are ripe through the month of September. For sale by the gallon and we gladly accept bulk orders with notice.
