This World Bee Day, we’re celebrating the bees that help sustain ecosystems, biodiversity, and so much of the food we rely on every single day.

From fruits and vegetables to coffee, chocolate, flowers, and of course… honey — bees do far more than most people realize.

We’re endlessly grateful for the work they do, and honored to share the honey they create. 💛

Market season is officially here and we are booked every weekend which means a whole lot of madness around here. All that said, the sleepless nights and triple espresso shots are worth it to be able to share our craft with our community.

The ultimate crowd pleaser: Puff pastry hot honey pizzas. 🍕🔥
Perfect for game day.. ready in 20, gone in 2 minutes. These will not disappoint.

1 puff pastry
1 pack pepperoni
Fresh mozzarella
Pizza sauce - our favorite is
hot honey

Preheat oven according to puff pastry directions. Cut puff pastry into 6 equal rectangles. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place 3-4 pepperoni in 6 piles. Cut 1 inch cubes of mozzarella and place on top. Cover with pizza sauce. Cover with puff pastry. Brush pastry with egg wash, then sprinkle with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove from oven, flip over and drizzle with hot honey.
