We are hiring
Stop in to speak with me between 2-4pm Thursday-Sunday if interested in a position here at Cheekys.
Expectations to know beforehand:
- I’m searching for 19+
- open availability required. Saying you have full availability just to get in the door then changing your availability during training week wont work. We will part ways.
- We do hire felons but we also will need to make sure our staff, guests, and family is safe.
- no crimes against children will be eligible for hire.
-You must be honest with me.
-You must be physically and mentally capable of performing tasks for the position you are applying for.
-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs sometimes.
-Must be able to follow direction and learn tasks, menu, and meet expectations in a timely manner to help create an environment our guests love to come back to.
-No active addicts will be eligible for hire.
- No solicitation of self is acceptable here
- No drug deals, drug use or stupid decisions like theft or threats or putting other team members in a bad situation will be acceptable
- Ability to make it to work during your scheduled shifts.
-We do not hire friends that have to car pool/be scheduled together. It never works out in the restaurants best interest.
- Must agree to a background check and have previous work related references
I need people with heart.
I’ve worked so hard in the food tent with my family.
I need someone with willingness to work that doesn’t want to just steal my process, recipes, menu items, flirt & flaunt, put others in bad situations or mess around and expect to get paid.
We have fun here, I give performance bonuses. We have tons of perks. Pay is good. I need to find the right people to match my energy and want for success and growth.
