Meet Sassy Seafood of Westport, Washington!
Nicoise salad should always be served on a sequin table cloth. This plate show stopper is the Sassy Seafood tuna and Gorge Greens Microgreens, but the secret to a Niçoise salad is the brined goodies, and MoonBrine Pickles spears are a great addition.

Personally I’m a fan of roasting my vegetables for this dish, rather than the traditional boil, and adding some roasted radishes were a good mix up this round.

Bought my first can at the Chehalis Farmers Market. Made a lovely tuna salad today cannot believe how exceptionally good this tuna is. Never tasted anything so good out of a can. Should have taken a picture of my salad but I ate it too quickly!
