Along the Westport shoreline, our Dockside Luxury residence reframes the New England shingle-style tradition for a new generation: steel-framed glass and accordion doors dissolve the threshold between interior and tide, while a covered porch invites year-round connection to the water.

For us, true luxury is deeply personal. It lives in the bar that anchors a gathering, the window seat that frames a favorite morning view, the quiet precision of a home built once and built right. It's comfort, carried out with craftsmanship and ease.

We are thrilled to share that Vita Design Group is a finalist in the prestigious Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Kitchen Design Contest! We were recognized for our project, "Modern Farm House," in Darien. Construction Principal Dave DeNomme, Principal Architect Lucien Vita, and Interiors Principal Cynthia Vengrow blended their services seamlessly to envision this kitchen, with Dave being our primary entrant. He enjoyed some well-earned recognition last week with other finalists, visiting with Sean Clarke at Clarke's Showroom and Test Kitchens in Massachusetts. The global winners will be announced in October.

This waterfront “jewel box” shows how thoughtful design can deliver everything you want from a new construction home within a smaller footprint. Overlooking the Saugatuck River near the Levitt Pavilion, the home features a bright open living space, a full-floor primary suite with marble wet room, an upper-level bedroom or office with balcony, and a lower-level den with guest suite.
