We specialize in growing unique, hard-to-find items of produce with the intention of expanding your palate and culinary experiences. Some of what we grow you'll find anywhere, like Bell Peppers and Roma tomatoes and Sugar Pumpkins. But the majority of what we grow you may not find at any grocery store. We like to try our hands at new and unusual vegetables, or old, traditional varieties not offere
d in a mainstream market. Things like Tatume squash and Lebanese White Bush Marrow summer squashes; Red Kuri (Hokkaido) winter squash, Shishigatani or Toonas Makino pumpkins, Black Futsu, Sweet Australian Butter squash, Delicata, Lakota, Golden Delicious, Jarrahdale, Sweet Dumpling and Sweet Meat; Cherokee Purple or Black Krim Tomatoes, White Tomesol Tomatoes, Indigo Apples, Genovese Costoluto Tomatoes, German Pinks, San Marzano, Beefmasters, Rainbow Cherry Tomatoes and things like Cucamelons, Casper and Ichiban eggplants, and Jelly Melons, just to name a few! We also feature uncommon and rare varieties of lettuce, like Italienischer lettuce, Amish Deer-Tongue, Big Boston, Buttercrunch, Revolution, and Merlot. Available for Purchase:
