Beef (black angus cross and angus/wagyu cross) raised in Adair County, processed in Oklahoma, and quick frozen in vacuum sealed packages to lock in the freshness. No antibiotics, no growth hormones, no additives or solutions and definitely NOT LAB GROWN!
It’s as local and farm-to-fork as you can get and we are proud to help feed our community.
