Three Treasures Baking Three Treasures is a baking recipe blog. We also offer in-person workshops in Central CT. Our tastes and talents have evolved since then!

Three Treasures (Sàam bao in Chinese) is a cultural term with significant meaning and various interpretations. As a mom to triplet boys, my inspiration for this venture is Camden, Caiden and London - my three treasures. It started as a fun activity for all of us to do during the pandemic, but quickly turned into an adventure we never could have dreamed of. In 2019, we started Sàam Bao Bakery, a fa

mily-run home bakery that produced small-batch baked goods in many varieties. In October of 2021, we made the difficult decision to suspend operations to focus more on the health and well-being of our family. While we no longer sell our products to the public, we still bake as a family. With a continued desire to share our love of culture and home made baked goods, we have decided to get back to work! This time, we invite you to bake with us by participating in Three Treasures facilitated classes, workshops and online recipes and tutorials. Our mission for the reimagined Three Treasures Baking is to make home-baking a family affair! We hope to develop a new generation of bakers by simplifying recipes and encouraging families to learn together. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for sticking with us and encouraging our wild adventures!
