📢 OUR FINAL TWO WEEKS — NEW BUSINESS HOURS

As we enter our final two weeks of business, our hours will be changing.

🕘 TUESDAY – SATURDAY
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

These will be our regular hours for the remainder of our time in the shop.

We will continue to have fresh meat available through Friday, September 11 (or when it sells out), and our frozen meat and shelf merchandise will be marked down according to the following schedule:

📅 September 8, 9, and 10 — 20% OFF
📅 September 11 and 12 — 30% OFF
📅 September 15, 16, and 17 — 40% OFF
📅 September 18 and 19— 50% OFF

‼️ Uncle Bobs Spices and Eggs aren’t discounted but are still available.

⚠️ Selection will be best early on, and inventory will continue to decrease as we get closer to our final day.

Our FINAL DAY IN THE SHOP WILL BE SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 19.

❤️ A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Customers ❤️

With a lot of thought and a very heavy heart, we want to let you know that George’s River Market & Butchery will be closing its doors with its current owners. We will be turning the business back over to the previous owners. We aren’t sure what they intend to do as far as keeping it open or permanently closing.

This decision was not an easy one. Over the past few years, we have been incredibly blessed by the support, encouragement, friendships, and memories made through this little shop. What started as a business became so much more because of the people who walked through our doors.

To every customer who stopped in, bought a steak, picked up something for dinner, ordered a special cut, shared a kind word, or simply supported us by telling a friend — thank you. Your support has meant more to our family than you know. ❤️

Road work may be making things a little tricky, but we are OPEN and ready for you! 🥩

For now, you can park on the side of the Craft House and take the short walk down to our shop. It’s just a quick little walk, and we promise we’re worth the few extra steps! 😉

These aren’t your average bacon wrapped filets. We take the slightly larger tenderloin tips from the ends of our whole beef tenderloins and hand wrap each one in bacon that’s smoked right here in our shop!

They’re packed with the same incredibly tender flavor you expect from beef tenderloin, with the added richness of smoky bacon. They’re perfect for:
