This Saturday August 16th is National Honeybee Day. Honey Bees are in an extremely precarious position with losses, due to mites, small hive beetle and the viruses they carry. As with many critters the loss of habitat, food and other problems have caused losses of both wild and beekeeper maintained hives.
Tomorrow we will post some things you can do to help the honeybee!
