For those of you in the catering business, what type of contract do you use? We have been very fortunate over the years where a contract was not needed. All of our clients have been amazing and perfectly content with a phone call agreement, text agreement or printed invoice. Unfortunately, this year changed and left us in a situation where that didn't work out on a couple of agreements. Should I be requiring a written contract? If so, could someone share a copy of what they use? Thank you. The only $$ we require is a $300 non refundable deposit up front and payment upon completion of services. In a lot of cases, we don't even require the deposit based on past client history. I think a contract would be good for both parties involved. Fellow caterers, please give me your input. Thank you.

And of course, I can't forget The Warren Clinic of McAlester which is part of St Francis of Tulsa. They have been using us for years to serve their nurse and physician lunches. Bo has become family. Thank you.

To the Stoll family of Shawnee, thank you for entrusting us with you Celebration of Life service. It was great visiting with a close friend from grade school whom I haven't seen in probably 55+ years.
