Here is some more info on the heifers we are selling next Tuesday at Staunton Union. 34 are confirmed AI bred to the sire in the pictures Yon Discipline. He’s a sleep all night calving ease bull that will still deliver pounds to sell. The remaining 19 are bred to our registered herd bulls who are no slouches themselves. In the photos there is also a picture of the pregnancy check data of the heifers, most of the pregnancies are sexed.

Next Tuesday, 5/12 at 6:00 PM we will be selling 52 fancy fall bred heifers at Staunton Union. We purchased these girls last fall from three sources. Over half of them are from the Department of Corrections. Heifers have been preg checked, all are confirmed bred and we have sexes for most pregnancies. Approximately 32 of these girls are AI bred to Yon Discipline due on 9/10. The remainder are bred to registered Angus calving ease bulls and are due from 9/20-10/31. Heifers are all black with 4 or 5 brockle faced heifers. Current average weight of 1075. Heifers are fully vaccinated, dewormed and fly tagged. Ready for your grass and won’t need anything prior to calving.
