The Number Two — created to celebrate our second anniversary and built on the belief that more is more. We took our Parm to Table sandwich and turned it all the way up with a juicy meatball patty and crispy mozzarella sticks. Layered with chicken cutlet, marinara, mild and aged provolone, Parmesan, lemon ricotta, and fresh basil on toasted ciabatta, this one is unapologetically over the top in the best way possible. SeaEra Pale Ale. Our rendition of a west coast pale ale that’s hopped with centennial, cascade and columbus. Bright grapefruit and orange zest lead into piney, resinous bitterness with subtle floral notes.

Electric Connection is our maibock. A smooth, golden German-style lager with rich bready malt, subtle honey sweetness, and a crisp floral hop finish. Medium-bodied, clean, and refreshing with a warming strength.

‘The Alysse’ is our weekly sandwich special that’s a shout out to the boss lady that keeps things running around these parts. She’s been with us since the beginning and her hard work and influence is evident in every pour that goes across the bar. VSB Plymouth wouldn’t be here without her! Oven roasted breaded eggplant; house made marinara; fresh mozzarella; grated parmesan; whipped lemon basil ricotta; fresh basil all on our toasted ciabatta.
