Greetings all. First thank you to all who purchased beef in the last 24 hours. We grateful for your business and honored at the strong response.

I had feedback that some had trouble checking out with a credit card. I reset the site and it should be fine now if in fact you weren’t able to complete the transaction. I also waived any CC fees.

You can purchase your deposit with the link below.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks for your support.

Many of you have asked when beef will be available again following our 2026 pause to revitalize the farm.

We are excited to share that beef is expected to be available again beginning in December 2026 and January 2027. We also anticipate opening our online store for deposits within the next 2 to 4 weeks, with the goal of providing a consistent supply of beef throughout 2027.

Thank you for your patience as we have invested in new cattle genetics and significant farm improvements. These enhancements reflect our commitment to producing trusted, locally raised beef of exceptional quality while maintaining responsible stewardship and the highest standards of animal health and welfare.

We look forward to serving you and your family again in the months ahead.
