Many of you have asked when beef will be available again following our 2026 pause to revitalize the farm.

We are excited to share that beef is expected to be available again beginning in December 2026 and January 2027. We also anticipate opening our online store for deposits within the next 2 to 4 weeks, with the goal of providing a consistent supply of beef throughout 2027.

Thank you for your patience as we have invested in new cattle genetics and significant farm improvements. These enhancements reflect our commitment to producing trusted, locally raised beef of exceptional quality while maintaining responsible stewardship and the highest standards of animal health and welfare.

As we prepare for serving our customers we thought we would introduce our processor partners. We are grateful for these partners. Without them we wouldn’t have a product.

Today we introduce Tier One Meat Co. A veteran owned company the truly gives back to their community. Tier One will begin processing a portion of our beef starting in January 2027. We will be launching the e commerce store in the next few weeks.
