An April blizzard and some downed trees aren’t going to keep us away! We fixed our lines, cleared trees and started boiling again at 4:27pm.

Every Spring our family taps maple trees in Wheeler, WI. We collect hundreds of gallons of sap every day and boil it over a traditional flat pan using fire wood harvested on site. The result is 100% pure maple syrup with a smooth smokey maple taste and rich syrup that you won’t find in commercially. Perfect for cocktails, coffee, overnight oats, baking, and hot cakes.
